The Wellness Centre was inaugurated on October 5, 2023, at St. Joseph's Indian High School, commencing with a mindfulness session conducted by Fr. Felix SJ. Vice-Principal Mrs. Savitha then addressed the importance of the center and its services. Staff engaged in a rejuvenating meditation and Zumba session led by Ms. Nirma, contributing to improved well-being and a positive impact. The event was successful, igniting excitement for future wellness programs.
