On January 20, 2024, St. Joseph's Indian Institution Alumni Association celebrated a significant milestone with the inaugural Inter-batch football match. Held at the BFT Grounds in Hennur, Bangalore, the event drew a massive turnout, with over 700 alumni and 15 teams participating. Notable was the presence of the esteemed 1985 batch, adding nostalgia to the occasion.

The atmosphere was electric with camaraderie as alumni gathered to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the SJIHS campus. Reverend Father Cyril Menezes and Reverend Father Felix SJ honored the victorious teams, symbolizing the institution's support. Mr. C J Babu, President of the alumni, generously sponsored meals for all attendees, showcasing his commitment. Special recognition goes to Mr. Rejy Kurian, Mr. Vishal Pereira, Mr. John Jacob, Mr. Muthu, and Mr. Abhishek for their efforts. Mr. John Jacob's commentary added to the event's success.

The gathering was more than a sporting event; it strengthened bonds among alumni. With anticipation, the Josephite alumni look forward to future gatherings, fostering camaraderie and cherished memories.
