There is great joy in all of us here at the St. Joseph’s Indian Institutions as we launch this updated and attractive website. In a world known for its rapid changes in communications technology we need to constantly update information and renew the manner in which our students and their parents, our teachers and also our alumni can have better access to information on events happening on this campus.

Since the centenary of this Institution in 2004, we haven’t updated this website. What is more, one needs to organize material – both texts and visuals- that can be fed into the domain. This has been done and we hope now to place before you at regular intervals fascinating images and texts to satisfy the interest that you evince in the programmes of this institution.

It is my earnest desire that this website will also foster greater communication with our alumni. So many of them have dropped in and shared their wonderful experiences with us. Those moments of warm sharing were replete with exciting reminiscences of their school days, their companions and teachers. They also wanted to become part of the dreams of their Alma Mater. May this website foster even more frequent and enthusiastic exchanges between our former students and the institution which gave them so much and helped them make a mark in life.

We are deeply grateful to all the parents of our students and of course the former students of this institution for their valuable suggestions to develop this institution. The welfare of our students and teachers is our joy. We are doing every bit to enhance the quality of life on this campus. May this website herald all this and become a harbinger of greater things to come.
