Guidelines to the parents seeking admission to their wards to 8th/9th std for the year 2024 – 25

Admission Process:

Step 1 : Apply online.

Step 2 : Submit the hard copy of the application to the school office

Step 3 : Write the entrance test on April 7, Sunday.

Step 4 : Attend the interview if selected.

Step 5 : Pay the fees and submit the documents

Admission Process Details:

1. The duly filled online application form must be downloaded and the hard copy (printed form) must be submitted at the school office.

2. The entrance test will be held for all the applied students on April 7, Sunday, from 9am to 10.30am.

3. The shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend the interview as per the schedule.

4. Depending on the availability of seats and the performance in the interview the eligible students are issued with Admit slip.

5. The students with admit slip are required to pay the fees either by DD or through online mode before the stipulated date.

6. The payment of the fees should be followed by submission of documents to the school office to complete the process of admission.

The following documents are to be submitted:

General Category

A} Original Transfer Certificate (Both online and manual)

B} 2 recent stamp size photographs.

C} Photocopy of the Adhar card.

SC/ST Category :

A} Original Transfer Certificate (Both online and manual)

B} 2 recent stamp size photographs.

C} Photocopy of the Adhar card.

D} Photocopy of the Income Certificate

E} Photocopy of student’s Caste Certificate

F} Photocopy of student’s Bank pass book.

7. Details about the purchase of school uniform, notebooks etc., will be displayed on the notice board and a detailed sheet of instructions will be given to the selected candidates during the interview.
